Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING | All orders NT550+
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of NT550 or more for all orders within Taiwan. For orders under NT550 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a fee of NT125. All of our orders are shipped within one business day. The orders placed over the weekend are dispached on Mondays.
For international orders we use DHL Express Worldwide (2-5 Business Day Delivery), the price is calculated at checkout and it includes the shipping plus duty.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item and will immediatley notify you on the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initate a refund to your method of payment.
